Believing in Jesus and Dealing with Doubt | Robin Smith

How do we successfully seek to live authentic, Spirit-empowered and impactful lives for and with Jesus when we have so many doubts and questions?

In John 20:19-31 we discover the resurrected Jesus revealing himself to his disciples for the very first time, the God who speaks peace over us and calls us close to his heart. We find “doubting Thomas” who sets us an example to continue turning up until God shows up, who is committed to community and is real and honest about where he is at. Despite his doubts and questions, he continues to press into the presence of Jesus until he encounters him as his “Lord and God” and who continues to go on to share his story and God’s story in faith and with courage.
